Written by Rhondella Morgan

Last week at the monthly Board of Directors meeting we were able to look back on the past year and at the same time look forward to new things for next year. What are the new things? Read on to find out!

Accessible Cabin: Matt Manczek Construction has really helped us make great strides. The cabin is framed in with all windows and doors installed. The interior work will soon begin. If you are interested in helping with this project, please email us at . We are still a little shy of our goal so additional financial contributions can be made by mail at Friends of Harrington Beach State Park, 531 County Hwy D, Belgium, WI 53004 or via the donation link at http://friendsofharrington.org/

Halloween Hike: This year’s Halloween Hike was Saturday, October 18. We had a great turnout but always find we have room for more so be sure to invite your friends to all future events. Special thank you to the volunteers who helped, along with the Holy Cross 4H for their work on the haunted trail.
